Week 1, Day 6

Today I tried something different. Initially I was going to work out at 4:30am but today when I woke up at 6:45am my alarm clock was off. So I found out that the power strip isn't working, has a short in it or something. So anyway here's my meals read further to see what I did differently today ;-)


Breakfast - 1 toast, 1 pancake, 1 egg, 1 turkey bacon

Snack - Coffee

Lunch - 12" Ham on wheat with all veggies, light mayo, honey mustard, red wine vinegar, and a little pepper, a bag of baked lays sour cream and onion (btw the boss bought this lunch)

Snack - 1 serving doritos chili chips (forgot to bring a granola bar to work)

Dinner - 1 cup pasta salad (containing: noodles, salami pieces, cheese pieces, veggies, fat free italian dressing)


WORKOUT:

So here's what I did differently. I was gonna go to workout after work like I've done in the past week when I missed a morning. Well I got tired of it and was convinced to go later by my friend. So I went around 930pm here's what I did.

15min Bike 80-90rpm
20min treadmill (3mph)
1 set of 10 on all abs machines

Pool work
1 breast stroke lap
2 kicking laps
2 butterfly lap
1 power walking lap
1 porpoising(up&down free dives) lap
1 underwater only lap

So I've decided I'm gonna go at ngiht. It seems to work out a lot better for me. Its easier to go then. The morning is good because no one is there but by noon-2pm I crash and have a hard time keep going. Working the day shift isn't good. So I am hoping this keeps me going.

Tomorrow I run the gauntlet and do upper, abs, lower, cardio workout! Saturday is the weigh in.
