Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 pancake, 1 toast, 1 glass Orange juice
Snack - NONE (coffee don't think it counts but oh well)
Lunch - 12" Spicy Italian (boss treated)
Snack - Granola bar
Dinner - 1 cup chicken pasta salad (noodles, chicken, salami, cheese, veggies)
I think overall thats not bad, it ain't great but not bad. Compared to yesterday anyway.
The gym was unbelievably busy today. You had to sign up to use a cardio machine so I got almost all done. The pool was packed to so no pool work so here goes.
Workout
15min Bike @ 80-90rpm
1 set of 10 on all leg machines
That was it. Wish I coulda got more workout in. But like I posted on facebook better 2/3 the workout than 0/3 the workout.
Looking at this picture of me makes me happy and sad all at the time. I was happy doing what I was doing but sad because I want to look good in a wetsuit!. Until next time I bid you farewell.
