Week 1, Day 3


Okay so today was disappointing. I am very very disappointed in myself. I need to learn to have more restraint when it comes to offerings of people buying me meals/food. I also need to start being more disciplined about what time I wake up. I am shooting for an 0430 wake up/workout time but thus far the temptation to hit snooze or reset to 0630 had just been too much.

So therefore I'm moving my cell phone and alarm clock across the bedroom!!

So here is what happened today:

Breakfast - Jack in the Box, 2 sausage breakfast jacks, hashbrowns, and a diet coke

Lunch - Nujo's pizza 3 slices all meet pizza

Dinner - (sad to say) 3 leftover pieces of the pizza

WORKOUT

15min 4mph on treadmill
15min 80-90rpm on bike
1 set of 10 on all ab machines

Unfortunately they had an adapted aquatics class going on so I wasn't able to go in the pool. Just kinda added to my disappointment.

But for every failure comes opportunity. Lets see what tomorrow brings.
