Week 1, Day 2

Week 1, Day 2
As promised. Today wasn't so good my sinuses are going haywire so I had to add 1 or 2 things to the food to try and clear it up.

Week 1, Day 2.

Food Intake

Breakfast - 1 toast, 1 pancake, 1 egg, 1 turkey bacon

Snack - Cup o Noodle, 1 granola bar

Lunch - 1 sandwich (wheat bread, 1 piece of ham, 1 pepper jack cheese), 1 serving of chips, 4 apple slices

Snack - 1 granola bar, Subway 12" spicy italian (i indulged)

Dinner - 1 cup chicken pasta salad (small pepperoni pieces, chicken pieces, small cheddar, noodles, fat free italian dressing)

Workout

15min 4.0mph on the treadmill

15min 80-95rpm on bike

1set of 10 on all upper body machines

POOL WORK:
1 breast stroke lap
2 kicking laps
2 butterfly lap
1 power walking lap
1 porpoising(up&down free dives) lap
1 underwater only lap


I like this picture as it looks "studios" but obviously I'd like to have a picture where I don't look like I have breasts lol. I'd like that "triangle" chest/body lol.
