Week 1, Day 5

I'll keep this short and sweet here goes:

Breakfast - 1 toast, 1 pancake, 1 egg, 1 turkey bacon

Snack - Coffee

Lunch - Sandwich, Chips, Apple pieces ... I'm sad to say this next part, the boss said he was buying lunch and promised something healthy next thing I know he bought me 2 regular hamburgers, 1 angus burger, 1 reg. fries from Macdonalds (total calories for McDonalds 1420 sad just sad)

Snack - Granola bar

Dinner - 1 cup pasta salad (containing: noodles, salami pieces, cheese pieces, veggies, fat free italian dressing)


WORKOUT:

15min Bike 80-90rpm
15min treadmill (4mph)
1 set of 10 on all upper body machines

Pool work
1 breast stroke lap
2 kicking laps
2 butterfly lap
1 power walking lap
1 porpoising(up&down free dives) lap
1 underwater only lap

I have decided after today that when the boss says he's buying lunch I'm going to tell him if its not Subway I'm not interested. This is irritating he's not helping me at all!
