Quick update

Well I'm not really trying to type a whole bunch here. But anyway my friend and I have been meeting up 2-3 times a week and doing 40-45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill/bike. I feel bad though she prefers the elliptical but I'm just not ready for it yet. But I've come up with a game plan for this next week to do 5 minutes each day on the elliptical and add 1 minute each week after and build up.

I am also needing to incorporate the nautilus machines and get back in the pool too. So anyways for now that's where I leave you until next time.

  1. you know the elliptical is actually pretty nice to your knees so I hope you end up liking it. I love it. It's my machine of choice when I enter a gym. But everyone's different right?

  2. I don't know why the elliptical bothers my knees and quads. BUT ... I did 5 minutes today and I plan on trying to do at least 5 a day this week then add 1 minute each week til I get up to the 45 that Sarah can do.
